The 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 in the Jeep Wrangler produces up to 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. Paired with an automatic or manual transmission, it tows up to 5,000 pounds. The 2.0-liter turboengine generates 270 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. At the top of the lineup, the 6.4-liter HEMI V8 generates an impressive 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. It accelerates from zero to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, with plenty of power for the streets or off-road adventure around Green Bay.
Ashwaubenon shoppers will elect to equip the new Jeep Wrangler with one of three 4x4 systems, with the Command-Trac 4x4 system offering part-time 4x4al. Howard drivers may deactivate the 4x4 system when it's not needed. The full-time Selec-Trac 4x4 system automatically switches between two-wheel drive for efficiency and four-wheel drive when handling snow, rain, mud, and other weather conditions. Trim levels like the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon come standard with the part-time Rock-Trac system, offer a 100:1 crawl ratio, and handle a wide range of off-road performance.
